All cakes are hand crafted and available in a variety of flavours.

A guide to your cake

Your Cake is a serious commitment. It has to look good but it has to taste even better. Choosing someone to design and make your cake is about partnering with someone who understands your vision, who you can trust, who delivers on the taste, who has an eye for style

Here’s a quick guide to how I do things.

I do a small range of wedding cakes from 1 to 3 tiers in a variety of delicous flavours and yoir

Informal Chat

Firstly you can get in touch and we can have a friendly chat about your cake, your ideas, your wedding date and the ideas you have for your day. I’ll be able to give you an idea of what I do and whether I’m available.

Calender & Invitation

This is where we commit and put the date in the diary. This ensures that you have my exclusive attention and we can commence planning your special wedding cake. A £100 deposit is all that’s required to secure your wedding date.

You are then invited to come and try some samples of cake and I will sketch your ideas so we can together design your dream cake

Final Details

After this, I’ll put together a final proposal detailing your design, flavours, the number of guests, delivery details and a price..Every cake varies in price. I will email you are the details and if you agree to them all I can commence with your cake.

I will contact you on regular bases with updates on your cake.

Alternative Almond and vanilla sponge layered with American buttercream and strawberry conserve

Vanilla Fancy

Light Victoria sponge infused with Madagascan Vanilla layered with raspberry or strawberry

conserve and American buttercream. Altermatively you can have fresh fruit and whipped cream as your filling

Salted Caramel

Caramel sponge layered with salted caramel American buttercream you can add alternate chocolater layers in your cake

Chocolate Fudge

Chocolate sponge layered with chocolate fudge

American buttercream

Lime and Strawberry

zesty Lime sponge infused with fresh lime jiuce with strawberry buttercream add layer of fresh strawberries to make your cake unique
